Micro-vinification systems (UniUd)
Collaboration with the University of Udine for the creation of a micro-vinification system in the new experimental winery for the university’s agricultural company, “Antonio Servadei”. Named “Uniud Eno Lab”, it will support viticulture and oenology research, as well as the educational activities of the Viticulture and Oenology degree courses and the Viticulture, Oenology and Wine Markets master’s degree.
