In the mid-Nineties, Sordato S.r.l. developed in-house a type of SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) software designed to manage systems in the winemaking sector.

This software development has been further perfected with the cooperation and thanks to valuable suggestions from our users, including head winemakers and winery staff in general.

The interface has been made highly intuitive and user-friendly, an important feature for all our innovations.
The product architecture enables all the machines in the winery to be interconnected and controlled remotely.
The product features a modular base, so that the user can only activate the required functions and subsequently implement any new modules that may be needed. The system can be managed remotely via smartphone, tablet, PC etc.
