Fermentation curve
A new version of Wine Controller, the programme for managing cellar systems. The innovative version allows for assigning a univocal name to each batch transiting through a specific tank so as to facilitate searches and the production of graphs.
Moreover, the possibility of activating a dynamic fermentation profile has been added: in this way, the oenologist can trace an expected fermentation curve and request for the system to adapt to the curve trend with automatic variations of the set temperature.
The fermentation data is measured on the field using a portable digital densimeter capable of reading, memorising and sending to the supervisor the data measured by the operator during the normal sampling round.
The system can then generate alarms should the fermentation slow down or accelerate beyond the re-set thresholds.
